We offer developmentally targeted social skills groups for children and teens in a supportive, fun, and structured environment. These small-group experiences help build connection, increase confidence, and teach concrete communication and coping skills tailored to your child’s stage of life.

Elementary Play-Based Social Skills Group (K–2nd Grade)
Sundays at 2:00 PM
A small group focused on helping young children build foundational social skills through play. We'll work on turn-taking, emotional awareness, flexibility, and friendship-building — all through fun, structured activities.
Maximum of 5 children per group.
Fall 2025 Session Dates:
Session 1: 8/17, 8/24, 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28
Session 2: 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23
🕑 Group Time: 55–60 minutes
📍Includes a 30-minute individual intake session
$400 per session | $750 for both sessions
Installment plans available (half to reserve, half due at first session)

Middle School Girls Social Skills Group
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
Designed to help middle school girls build self-awareness, navigate peer dynamics, and manage social stress through engaging activities and guided conversations. Ideal for girls who feel left out, anxious, or unsure how to connect with peers.
Fall 2025 Session Dates:
Session 1: 8/19, 8/26, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30
Session 2: 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 11/25

Middle School Boys Social Skills Group
Mondays at 6:00 PM
A supportive space for middle school boys to build peer connection, boost confidence, navigate neurodiversity and practice emotional regulation and communication strategies. Perfect for boys who are navigating neurodiversity or social anxiety, friendship struggles, or just need structured peer time.
Fall 2025 Session Dates:
Session 1: 8/18, 8/25, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29
Session 2: 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 11/24

🎲 Roll for Growth: Therapeutic Role Playing Game Groups
Join us for our new Roll for Growth therapy group series we blend imagination and emotional growth through tabletop role playing games (TTRPGs). These groups are a fun, creative way for kids and teens to build confidence, practice communication, manage emotions, and strengthen peer relationships — all while embarking on an epic adventure.
Led by Elia Lintz, LPC, RPT, a Therapist and Game Master, each session includes a check in,, structured gameplay, and time to reflect on the skills used throughout the journey.
Great for kids and teens who:
Feel isolated or anxious in social settings
Struggle with frustration, peer conflict, or communication
Want a fun, non-traditional way to build social-emotional skills
Each campaign runs for 10 sessions (90 minutes each).
$800 per campaign | Installment plan available (2 payments of $400)
Our journey begins with a 60-minute intake session ($100) to set goals and create your character
Max of 5 adventurers per group
