Groups and Camps
Group Therapy
Our social skills groups have rolling admission, and new groups can be created based on interest and availability. Below are the groups we’re currently offering, but if you don’t see the right fit for your child, reach out—we may be able to start a new one!
Sunday at 2 PM | Social Navigation for Ages 6–8
This group focuses on impulse control and emotional regulation, helping young children develop the skills to manage emotions, build friendships, and interact successfully with peers through engaging activities and guided play.
Wednesday at 4 PM | Girls' Self-Esteem & Social Navigation (Ages 9–11)
Designed specifically for preteen girls, this group supports self-esteem, friendship skills, and social confidence in a safe and encouraging setting. Participants learn to navigate peer relationships, set boundaries, and develop a strong sense of self.
Monday at 6 PM | Middle School Boys' Social Skills Group
This group helps middle school boys strengthen social communication, emotional awareness, and peer connections through structured discussions, role-playing, and real-world skill-building exercises.
